• the delivery time is 2 - 4 working days within Germany, within the EU 2 - 8 working days, outside the EU the delivery time may vary

• Orders placed before 2pm will leave our warehouse the same day (Monday - Friday)

Customs or import duties

For deliveries within the EU:

There are no customs or import fees for deliveries within the EU.

For deliveries outside the EU:

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs costs, taxes and fees may apply, which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as the package has reached the destination country. VILOUNO does not withhold any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot tell you how high any fees might be, as these vary from country to country. In the event that such additional duties and taxes are incurred, they must be paid so that your package can be cleared through customs. The customer bears the costs themselves.

It is therefore worth contacting your local customs office before placing your order to avoid being surprised by unexpected customs charges.

Would you like to return or exchange an item?

No problem! You can return unworn items to us free of charge* within 14 days. Use the return slip that we send you with the goods.

*VILOUNO does not cover return costs for returns outside of Germany and Austria.

Our return policy

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the undamaged label. Damaged, used and/or washed items will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs and any other costs incurred.

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return by email. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you selected when purchasing. Processing and refunding can take up to 10 working days. Returns outside Germany and Austria

You can register returns outside of Germany by sending an email to info@vilouno.de. We do not provide you with a return label for the return. Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.*
